Views header margin top

If there is a breadcrumb or messages, they have top/bottom margin to create space.

The content layout has flex grow.

Create section for messages/breadcrumbs/title?

Sidebar/page title looks misaligned.

Need some space for the buttons.

The comments permalinks seem to be duplicated, and the buttons have no space below them.

I set empty cells to hidden, but that caused the configure icons to move around.

I used fences on a site and copied the field template.

It needs to be enabled for the template to work correctly.

Is there a way to toggle usage of the template if it's enabled?

Also have a custom svg icon to use.
